Archery
We regularly run rchery courses and sessions in Suffolk and are currently running sessions across the county. Please follow this link for more information.
Athletics
The Orwell Panthers are a successful athletics club for disabled people in the Ipswich area. Please go to their website for more information.

Boccia
Boccia sessions are running every Monday from 5.30pm to 7pm at Gainsborough Sports Centre in Ipswich. For more information contact Cathy Churchyard on 01473 822903.

Waveney Youth Football Club hold weekly disability football sessions in Lowestoft. These are held on Monday evenings from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at the Denes High School and on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am at Barnards Meadow. Cornard Dynamos are a football club providing opportunities for disabled people aged from eight to adult. The team meets every Saturday at Great Cornard Upper School from 1pm to 2pm. For more details contact Will Hunt on 01787 310952.

Powerlifting
Suffolk Spartans is an inclusive powerlifting club based at East Bergholt Sports Centre, which was set up with support from Optua. Their website can be accessed at www.suffolkspartans.co.uk.
Sailing
East Anglian Sailing Trust (EAST). EAST provide sailing opportunities for disabled people on the River Orwell near Ipswich. Teamipswich disability swimming
Swimming sessions for disabled people of all ages and abilities take place in Ipswich on Wednesday evenings and Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The venues and times depend on which sessions you attend.

Tennis
Monthly disability tennis sessions are running on the third Wednesday of the month at Saxmundham Tennis Club. The sessions are aimed at anyone with a disability aged 16 and over and cover wheelchair and regular tennis. They run from 11am to 1pm and cost £2 per person/per session. The Ipswich Charioteers Wheelchair Football has recently been given its own charity status. The team is currently meeting using the Bramford Road Methodist Church in Ipswich until February 2010. Ipswich Sports Club for the Disabled
This club are based at Northgate Sports Centre in Ipswich and provide sports and social facilities for disabled people and their friends and families in the Ipswich area. The main sports are carpet bowls and wheelchair basketball although they have facilities for other activities. The club operates on a Tuesday evening between 7pm and 9pm.
