Two Disability Sport Showcase Days in Essex - March 2010
The Essex Disability Sport Academy - which is supported by Optua - is holding two Disability Sport Showcase Days in March.
The first takes place in Harlow at Marks Hall Sports Centre on Saturday 20th March, the second is on 28th March at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre. For more information call 01245 702495 visit the SportEssex website or you can download a flyer here.
The Showcase Days are free and will provide a chance to try a range of disability sports, like the Suffolk events arranged by Optua.
RHS Optua Games - 1st July
Our annual fun sports event takes place at the Royal Hospital School in Holbrook from 10am to 3pm.
You can compete in various games including races, relays and team games for a chance to win a trophy and medals!
The event is free to Leisure Plus members and it's a fully accessible event for everyone. Lunch is provided and transport available from Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket and Ipswich for an additional cost.
You can either enter as an individual for £3 or as a team of up to 10 people for £20. To register or get more information please contact us on 01473 836770.
